Product Description
The main sorts of axial bearing washers are series TRA, TRB, TRC AND TRD. Axial bearing washers series are 0.8mm and 3.2mm thick washers punched from high-grade spring steel strip(plate), through hardened and polished. They are used if the adjacent machine part can not be hardened, but with sufficient rigidity and geometrical accuracy. These bearing washers should be supported on their entire abutment surface.
TRB, TRC AND TRD are washers hardened by bearing steel. Their surface are polished, also are the outside surface of housing locating washers and the bore of shaft locating washers. Bearing washers are usually used by combined axial cylindrical roller with cage assemblies.
